Your future contribution: We are seeking a data enthusiast to act as the vital link between management and the people and finance departments. Your role will involve providing insights and recommendations based on thorough data analysis to support business decisions and improve employee experiences.
How you’ll add value:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data related to employee costs, including salaries, benefits, and other compensation-related expenses.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and actual costs processes related to employee costs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to enable leads to monitor team costs, and present findings to stakeholders clearly, highlighting financial impacts and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness, continuously improving planning and reporting methods.
- Support strategic projects such as workforce planning, compensation strategy, and budget management.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in people, financial, or business analytics.
- Possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, and financial accounting principles (IFRS).
- Are proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, HRIS systems).
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into clear insights.
- Are fluent in English; additional languages such as German are a plus.
