Honda Bank is looking for an experienced and passionate Dealer Training & Renewal Performance Lead to strengthen dealer capabilities and drive sustainable sales growth across our German dealer network.
This is a highly visible field-based role combining training, coaching, business development and performance management. You will work closely with dealer partners, sales teams and Area Managers to improve finance penetration, increase renewal conversion and maximise customer lifetime value.

What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging training and coaching sessions to dealer sales teams.
- Support dealerships in improving finance sales and renewal performance.
- Identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans.
- Analyse dealer performance and recommend improvement actions.
- Support the roll-out of new products, campaigns and commercial initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with dealer management teams.
- Work closely with Area Managers to drive business growth across Germany.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in Automotive Finance, Dealer Development, Sales Performance, Retail Operations or Sales Training.
- Experience working with dealership networks in Germany.
- Strong presentation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
- Ability to work independently and manage a demanding travel schedule.
- Experience within the motorcycle industry would be an advantage.

Languages & Travel Requirements (Essential)
- Native-level German (spoken and written) is essential.
- Professional to fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Spanish language skills would be considered a strong advantage.
- Extensive travel across Germany is a core part of the role and must be fully accepted by applicants.
