As a Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the procurement strategy and initiatives to achieve cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performance of the business through the delivery of cost savings, working capital improvement, and supplier quality. You will be accountable for developing and executing annual and strategic procurement plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will guide sourcing transition initiatives to optimize the supply base, achieve the lowest total cost, and reduce sole/single source risk.
