What You Bring
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- You’re flexible and adaptable
- Good knowledge of English and / or German
- Previous work experience in a customer service role. We provide training
What You’ll Do
- Manage Communication with guests of around 30-40 Airbnb properties in central districts of Berlin
- Coordinate with cleaners and repairteam for smooth operation
- Manage the channels Phone, Plattforms and Whatsapp
- Can do and hands‑on problem solving
- Be a supportive team player
- Work 20 - 25 hours weekly, mainly Mondays - Fridays with frequent work on weekends
