Your mission:
In a cutting-edge establishment, you will hold a varied position within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors.
You will be responsible for the nursing care of patients in the emergency context: reception, triage, and emergency care.
In this capacity, you are responsible for:
- Welcoming patients and their relatives in crisis situations - Continuously assessing the patient’s clinical condition and its evolution in acute situations - Anticipating any changes in patient evolution based on current scientific knowledge - Ensuring the implementation and continuity of quality care in acute situations - Supporting and assisting patients and their relatives and responding to their needs within the framework of their acute treatment
We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:
- Nursing diploma - Successful experience in an emergency department (mandatory) - Certificate as an expert in emergency care is a real asset - Possession of Red Cross recognition (for foreign diplomas) - Good interpersonal and service skills within a private institution - Autonomy, kindness, versatility, adaptability, organisational skills, and sense of priorities are essential qualities - Positive attitude within a team and ability to foster a climate of trust
