Intensive Care NurseThe intensive care unit of the Hôpital du Jura, located at our Delémont site, ensures the care of patients presenting critical conditions requiring continuous monitoring and highly specialized care. Our multidisciplinary team works in a demanding technical environment, where responsiveness, rigor, and precision are essential to guarantee secure and quality care.To complete our team, we are looking for a replacement with a start date as soon as possible or by agreement:Intensive Care NurseResponsibilities- Ensure comprehensive and highly specialized care for patients in critical condition.- Perform continuous clinical monitoring of vital signs and detect any evolution in health status.- Ensure the management and maintenance of monitoring and life support equipment (ventilators, infusions, etc.).- Administer prescribed treatments and adapt care in collaboration with the responsible physician.- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with medical, nursing, and therapeutic teams.- Ensure precise and rigorous documentation of care in the patient file.- Contribute to the quality, safety of care, and continuous improvement of practices.Profile- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a title deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland.- Specialization in intensive care or experience of at least 2 years in intensive care (CH) or (FR).- Excellent clinical analysis and rapid decision-making skills.- Ability to manage high-stress situations and complex care cases.- Team spirit, rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.- Proficiency in the French language (oral and written).Benefits- Integration into a dynamic and highly specialized multidisciplinary team.- Modern technical environment fostering the development of clinical skills.- Possibility of accommodation (furnished room).- A restaurant cafeteria with preferential rates.Application Deadline: July 26 jid8e4b7caaen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
