Legal Counsel at 50%
Your mission
- Work in close collaboration with the Human Resources Department on all matters related to labour law, applicable collective labour agreements, and situations requiring legal analysis or drafting - Participate in public tender procedures, notably in the preparation and review of legal documents - Draft, analyse and adapt contracts, agreements, institutional directives or any other documents requiring legal framing, on behalf of members of the Management - Collaborate, when necessary, in managing patient complaints by providing legal analysis and drafting support - Contribute to work related to data protection - Provide targeted legal advice and proposals, tailored to the needs of the Management
Your assets
- You hold a Master’s degree in law, ideally complemented by a lawyer’s certificate or confirmed experience as a legal counsel - You have expertise in Swiss labour law, contract law, and collective labour agreements - You possess essential knowledge of patient law and data protection - You demonstrate autonomy, excellent drafting skills and sharp analytical ability
