To meet the many challenges it faces, the HIB is looking for a:Operating Theater Manager (100%)Your missionUnder the responsibility of the head nurse of the operating theater, you ensure the planning and coordination of elective and emergency surgical interventions by assuming the following tasks:- Develop and optimize the surgical program while ensuring efficient use of the rooms;- Coordinate activities related to the patient pathway using the technical platform of the operating theater;- Participate in and control the collection and accuracy of data necessary for the planning of interventions;- Guarantee the optimal management of planning tools, including admission requests and software systems;- Manage program modifications, postponements, as well as changes in schedules, rooms, or order of operations;- Inform patients of their arrival time and any potential delays;- Collect and coordinate the information necessary for the planning of operating theater activities.Your profile- Commercial employee diploma, medical secretary diploma, or equivalent title;- Mastery of spoken and written French;- Very good command of office tools, ideally planning software and hospital systems;- Sense of rigor, autonomy, and resistance to stress;- Interpersonal skills, ease, and ability to collaborate with different partners.Start date: immediately or to be agreed upon.We thank you for sending us your complete application file by applying online.
