About the Role

The Business Solution Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth and success by formulating and implementing effective business solutions. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze business requirements, market trends, and customer needs to define comprehensive ADAS/AD business solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to develop innovative solutions that address business challenges.
3. Interact with senior management, business partners, and clients to understand their strategic objectives and align business solutions accordingly.
4. Present business solutions and project updates to stakeholders, and obtain their buy-in and support.
5. Conduct in-depth business and/or technical analysis to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue growth potential.
6. Evaluate the impact of proposed solutions on business operations, financials, and customer experience.
7. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
9. Use market intelligence to enhance the competitiveness of business solutions.
10. Identify emerging opportunities and threats in the market and adjust business strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor\’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in solution design and implementation within the automotive industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of AD/ADAS technologies and products.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate with clients and team members from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
