Search Visibility Analyst / Visibility Strategy Specialist in Berlin

Support the visibility and discoverability of the organization’s website and digital content across search platforms. Analyze search performance, audience intent, keywords, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement. Review content, site structure, and technical issues that affect discoverability, and coordinate recommendations with marketing, content, and development teams. Track rankings, impressions, traffic, and conversions, and prepare reports to guide visibility strategy and measure results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience in search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, content strategy, or web analytics.
• Understanding of keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, web analytics platforms, and SEO research tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting search and website performance data.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools; basic knowledge of HTML and content management systems is an advantage.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including explaining recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize improvements across multiple pages or projects.
• Ability to collaborate with content creators, marketers, and developers to implement and evaluate changes.
