As a service-oriented and data-driven online access panel provider, horizoom has set itself the goal of generating real added value as a partner at eye level. Founded in Berlin in early 2023 and with currently 18 employees, we do not consider people as a resource, but think people first! We put our team, our survey participants and our customers in the center of our trade.

Responsibilities
- Independent coordination of projects
- Close cooperation and communication with the technical project managers of our international market research clients
- Sampling, testing surveys, sending invitations to survey participants, controlling quotas, data management, data enrichment and implementation of online market research surveys
- With appropriate experience and/or extensive training and further training, programming of online surveys is also possible
- Communication with the management and the account management team
What you bring with you
- Commercial or social science training, degree or training as a specialist in market and social research (FAMS) or comparable training and/or relevant professional experience in this field
- Strong, proactive and service-oriented communication skills
- Reliable, structured and forward-looking organizational skills
- Internet affinity, not afraid of new technologies
- Enjoy working with numbers
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Knowledge of online market research and data analysis, professional experience in field services an advantage (e.g. knowledge of online panels or survey programs such as keyIngress, EFS Survey/Tivian/Questback/Unipark, Qualtrics, LimeSurvey, etc. or analysis systems such as SPSS)
- Problem solving skills and flexibility
- Outgoing, team-oriented appearance and strong service mentality
- Emphatic approach in dealing with customers and colleagues
