International Accountant

Intro

We are seeking a motivated International Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team in San Gwann .

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience focused on international finance.

The candidate excels in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with global teams.

• Your Job
• You independently manage the entire order-to-invoice process and ensure a seamless workflow from order placement to invoicing.
• You maintain and update international accounting records and financial systems with a high level of accuracy.
• You process and reconcile intercompany invoices across our international entities.
• You support the preparation of month-end and year-end closing activities for our global companies.
• You collaborate closely with external auditors during international audits and reviews.
• You ensure professional and service-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• You proactively identify opportunities to improve financial processes and contribute to increasing efficiency across the Finance department.
• As part of our international Finance team, you work closely with colleagues from different countries and departments.

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• You bring at least three years of professional experience in international finance or accounting.
• You have hands-on experience working with accounting software, ideally Quick Books .
• You have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• You are well organised, able to prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• You take ownership of your work, think proactively and enjoy finding practical solutions.
• You are adaptable and thrive in a changing environment where responsibilities and priorities may evolve over time.
• You communicate fluently in English , both written and spoken.
