h3What We Do /h3 pWe’re building an AI-powered inbox for B2B back-office teams. Millions of B2B teams are drowning in emails: typing up orders, updating the ERP system, chasing up enquiries and invoices. It’s 2026, and they’re still copying data back and forth between Outlook and ERP/CRM systems just like in 1999. Hoshii takes this work off their hands and enables whole teams to start their day more productively. /p h3Our Blind Spot /h3 pHoshii works. We currently sell the product through a sales-led approach: demos, workshops, onboarding, and support. We are now at a turning point. What a person explains during onboarding today, the product must explain for itself tomorrow. /p pAs Product Lead, this is your mission: to turn Hoshii into a fully self-service product. A user logs in in the morning via Outlook or Gmail, understands what Hoshii can do for them without any help from us, finishes their first task, and sticks around because the product makes them better at their job. No sales calls in between. No training. The product needs to become the self-selling argument. /p h3What you will own /h3 ul liOwn the self-service path end to end, from signup through activation to paid upgrade /li liBuild onboarding, empty states, and in-product suggestions so users get value without being trained /li liDesign the flows, screens, and microcopy yourself; quality engineering can build from directly /li liTranslate what sales and customer success do by hand today into product logic /li liTalk to order desks and operations leads every week, and watch them work /li liOwn the core metrics: activation, time to first value, depth of usage, retention, conversion /li liSet the roadmap and the release cadence, and ship reliably with engineering /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 pWe are looking for a team player with a growth mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, and genuine comfort with getting their hands dirty. /p ul li+3 years of product experience, having owned a product or a major surface from first idea to launch. /li liYou design yourself in Figma or similar, well enough that engineers build straight from it (please attach a portfolio if you have any). /li liReal taste. You know the difference between something that works and something that feels right, and you insist on the second. /li liYou work from numbers and pull your own analysis rather than waiting for a report /li liFluent in German and English.
