We are looking for you as Project Manager (m/f/d) in the aftersales at our headquarter in Augsburg.

Your tasks:

• Technical management and coordination of all project activities within the scope of customer retrofit projects
• Independently drawing up, maintaining and updating project plans
• Working closely with the sales team to implement project changes
• Ensuring smooth project communication, including the preparation of status reports, project documentation and the management of relevant documents
• Conducting project reviews
• Handling and managing projects, complaints and claims, as well as independently troubleshooting process-related challenges
• Conducting customer visits to foster long-term customer relationships

Your profile:

• A successfully completed degree or vocational training in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, etc.) or an equivalent qualification
• Extensive professional experience in project management, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
• Extensive knowledge of CAD and ERP systems
• Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus
• A sound understanding of project processes (milestones, quality gates, specifications, etc.)
• Willingness to travel
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a team spirit
• Fluent German and very good English skills
