As a Project Manager (m/f/d) in the Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a central role in implementing the company’s strategic goals.

You will lead cross-functional corporate, transformation, and digitalization projects and work closely with business units, IT, and executives.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent leadership of cross-functional corporate, transformation, and digitalization projects
• Planning, managing, and successfully implementing projects while ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality requirements
• Analysis of existing business processes and identification of opportunities for optimization and digitalization
• Development of project plans, decision-making documents, and management presentations
• Management of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of relevant stakeholders
• Organization and facilitation of project-related workshops
• Support for organizational changes and assistance with change management initiatives
• Management of external partners and service providers within the project environment
• Conducting project controlling, risk management, and transparent project reporting
• Contributing to the continuous development of project management standards and PMO processes

Your Profile

• Professional Qualifications
• A successfully completed degree, e. g. in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable discipline
• Initial to several years’ experience in managing or coordinating projects
• An understanding of operational business processes and their optimisation, ideally within a manufacturing company
• Knowledge of traditional project management methods; experience with agile methodologies is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Personal skills
• Analytical and structured approach to work
• A high degree of initiative and a strong focus on implementation
• Great communication and facilitation skills across different hierarchical levels
• Organisational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in developing practical solutions

• Ideally, you will also have
• Experience in corporate, transformation or digitalisation projects
• Initial experience in supporting change processes and change initiatives
• Knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, CRM or document management systems
• An understanding of the business processes of a manufacturing company, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
• Experience in the fields of process management, lean management and digitalisation
  Project management certifications (e. g. IPMA, PMI or PRINCE2)
