As a Project Manager (m/f/d) in the Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a central role in implementing the company’s strategic goals.
You will lead cross-functional corporate, transformation, and digitalization projects and work closely with business units, IT, and executives.

Your Responsibilities
- Independent leadership of cross-functional corporate, transformation, and digitalization projects
- Planning, managing, and successfully implementing projects while ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality requirements
- Analysis of existing business processes and identification of opportunities for optimization and digitalization
- Development of project plans, decision-making documents, and management presentations
- Management of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of relevant stakeholders
- Organization and facilitation of project-related workshops
- Support for organizational changes and assistance with change management initiatives
- Management of external partners and service providers within the project environment
- Conducting project controlling, risk management, and transparent project reporting
- Contributing to the continuous development of project management standards and PMO processes

Your Profile
- Professional Qualifications
- A successfully completed degree, e. g. in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable discipline
- Initial to several years’ experience in managing or coordinating projects
- An understanding of operational business processes and their optimisation, ideally within a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of traditional project management methods; experience with agile methodologies is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Personal skills
- Analytical and structured approach to work
- A high degree of initiative and a strong focus on implementation
- Great communication and facilitation skills across different hierarchical levels
- Organisational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in developing practical solutions

- Experience in corporate, transformation or digitalisation projects
- Initial experience in supporting change processes and change initiatives
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, CRM or document management systems
- An understanding of the business processes of a manufacturing company, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
- Experience in the fields of process management, lean management and digitalisation
Project management certifications (e. g. IPMA, PMI or PRINCE2)
