Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) Pharma in Augsburg

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to manage and further develop a global customer portfolio in the pharmaceutical industry.

Your Tasks:

• International sales of technically sophisticated capital equipment in the field of mechanical process engineering (powder processing and powder production)
• Development of customer-specific solutions for milling and compaction processes in close cooperation with the relevant technical departments
• Management and development of a global customer portfolio
• Participation in trade fairs, conferences, and seminars
• Regular travel within your sales territories (approximately 25% travel)

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field); additional business-related qualifications would be an advantage
• Several years of experience in the sales of technically sophisticated equipment or in a similar technical sales environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with the CRM system Salesforce is desirable
• Excellent German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong technical understanding combined with intercultural competence and communication skills
