Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Person with tourism studies and with a clear commercial vocation
- External sales representative specialized in the Corporate market for Munich/Berlin
- Sales Executive with a proven track record (>2 years experience) in a similar role
- Person with desire to learn and grow within the company, interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation
The key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the local market
- Research new market opportunities and develop strategies
- Invite potential clients to tour the property and conduct individual tours, highlighting the facilities and services
- Set key performance indicators, monitor and coach performance accordingly
- Telemarketing actions
- Track requests and accounts
- Resolve incidents
Requirements
- English, German and another languages are a plus
- Tourism studies
- Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years
- Availability to travel
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
