Functions of the position
- Coordinate the work of staff members (front desk, kitchen, delivery).
- Ensure the training and onboarding of new employees.
- Monitor sales and staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews and recruit candidates.
- Ensure and manage various aspects (technical, logistical, customer-related, and employee-related).
- Organize, coordinate, supervise, and support the work of the restaurant teams (chefs and team members).
- Train new employees.
- Master standard guidelines for sales, hygiene, and delivery.
- Master the store opening/closing routine.
- Close out the day.
- Create/process daily and weekly orders from the various vendors/suppliers.
- Open and close cash registers.
Requisitos
Idioma requerido: Alemán. Inglés y Francés son un plus
