Your role at Hostinger: Country Manager in the International Growth team. You will focus on expanding Hostinger’s market share in the US by understanding target customers, evaluating channels, optimizing key metrics, and setting strategic country-level goals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Market Expansion & Investment: Design and own the market strategy, evaluate channels, manage budgets, and balance short-term performance with long-term growth.
• Business Development & Partnerships: Build high-impact partnerships with businesses, opinion leaders, and government entities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and other teams to align strategies and ensure localization.
• Voice of Market & Customer: Provide market insights, conduct customer research, and promote brand trust.

Your skills and experience:

• Strong analytical skills regarding customer needs and market trends.
• Experience in setting goals, evaluating opportunities, and developing market strategies.
• Budget management and profitability optimization skills.
• Ability to identify channels, drive revenue, and execute go-to-market plans.
• Leadership in managing teams and partnerships.
• Ability to navigate market challenges and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
