Role Purpose Lead and manage a portfolio of innovation projects from pilot to industrial scale, ensuring solutions are ready for manufacturing deployment and deliver value across the manufacturing network. The role works closely with innovation programs, manufacturing sites, procurement, and enabling functions to embed industrial readiness early, accelerate time‑to‑value, and deliver measurable benefits such as productivity improvements, cost savings, and sustainability impact. Acting as a key link between innovation teams and operations, the role supports piloting, scale‑up, and deployment of innovations across manufacturing sites. Accountabilities Manage and prioritise a portfolio of innovation initiatives approaching industrialisation. Guide projects through a structured stage‑gate process, ensuring alignment with manufacturing needs and innovation strategy. Coordinate with innovation programs, manufacturing sites, procurement, and enabling functions to embed industrial readiness early. Govern the transition from pilot to full‑scale deployment, including ownership handover and implementation approach.
