To complete our administrative team, we are looking for a:
HR Assistant - (100%)
Your mission will be: Monitoring the employee lifecycle (from the employment contract to the exit statement) Management of social insurances Processing of withholding tax Declaration and follow-up of accident/illness cases Complete payroll processing Drafting of work certificates Monitoring and control of planning and time accounting Various administrative tasks
Profile sought: Business diploma or commercial employee CFC HR Manager certificate or in progress Proven experience in an HR role including personnel administrative management and payroll processing. Good knowledge of Swiss legislation regarding labour law, social insurances and work permit management. (experience in hospitality is an asset) Rigour, organisational skills, discretion and excellent priority management.
Start date: immediate or to be agreed
