Monitor responsible alcohol service and comply with all legal and hotel policies regarding alcohol consumption. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in accordance with hotel regulations. Collaborate closely with the restaurant and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and report stock shortages or equipment issues. Contribute to achieving departmental service, quality, and revenue objectives while maintaining the luxury standards of the hotel.
