What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating:
- You are responsible for processing cases in the field of accident insurance - You are responsible for obtaining the necessary documents for processing, as well as for the payment or refusal of various benefits. This includes, among other things, requesting reports, checking invoices and issuing decisions - You are in daily contact with our insured persons and affiliates, various service providers and social institutions.
What you bring to HOTELA:
- You have a commercial training of the CFC type; - You bring solid experience in the field of LAA or social insurances - You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French (level C2) and/or German (level C2) and/or Italian (level C2) - You are an organised, proactive person ready to continuously train in this field of activity. - You are able to work both in a team and independently - You are dynamic and flexible, comfortable in human contact and able to build a trusting relationship with your various interlocutors.
