Your tasks:
In this versatile role, you will combine the tasks of an Account Executive, Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Sales Engineer. You will be responsible for the entire sales process and support our customers on site.
Account Executive
- Responsibility for the complete sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing the deal.
- Maintaining and building long-term customer relationships, identifying customer needs and developing customized solutions.
- Conducting product demos and presentations to demonstrate the added value of our solutions and build trust with customers.
- Processing requests for quotations and negotiating contracts in order to achieve optimum conditions for both sides.
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Qualifying leads by targeting and identifying the needs of potential customers.
- Independent planning and implementation of proactive lead generation, both by telephone and via online meetings.
- Preparation and coordination of appointments for demos and presentations to convince potential customers of our SaaS solution.
Sales Engineer
- Assisting with complex technical questions and challenges that potential customers may have.
- Conducting technical demos that provide deeper insights into the functionality and applicability of our software.
- Advice and support with the integration of our software into customers‘ IT systems, including data migration and on-site setup.
Your profile:
- Experience : several years of professional experience in SaaS sales, ideally specializing in the hotel and hospitality industry.
- Customer focus : Passion for excellent customer service and the ability to quickly recognize customer needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Technical affinity : Good technical understanding, especially in the area of SaaS and cloud solutions; you are able to communicate complex technical details in a simple and understandable way.
- Strong communication skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel : You are flexible and willing to travel regularly to customer sites to build personal relationships and provide individual customer support.
