Catering Production Manager Company Description Our client is a leading hotel establishment in the Lausanne region, renowned for the excellence of its gastronomic services and the significance of its event activity.

To support its development and continue its quest for excellence, it is seeking a Catering Chef - Production (M/F)Job Description Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, you are responsible for the organisation and quality of gastronomic production, ensuring compliance with the house standards.

You coordinate the production teams, optimise working methods and ensure rigorous planning according to event activity.

A true hands-on manager, you support your colleagues in their development, participate in recruitment and training of teams while fostering a positive working atmosphere.

You also ensure control of production costs, monitoring of food ratios, management of purchases and inventories, as well as compliance with HACCP standards and safety procedures.

Profile Sought Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a cook or equivalent training, ideally complemented by higher education in hotel management, you have solid experience of at least ten years in a high-end kitchen, including several years in a management role.

Organised, rigorous and with excellent anticipation skills, you master cost control, project management and the supervision of large teams.

Your creativity, organisational skills, natural leadership and interpersonal ease enable you to succeed in a demanding environment where production volumes are significant.

Proficiency in French and a B2 level in English are expected.
