Job Description
Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, you will be in charge of organising and ensuring the smooth running of your section during each service. As guarantor of the quality of the preparations entrusted to you, you actively participate in the mise en place, production, dispatch and plating of dishes in accordance with the high standards of the establishment. Attentive to detail, you ensure the supply of your station, the proper management of goods and the optimal use of raw materials to limit waste. You work closely with the entire brigade to ensure perfect coordination of services and actively contribute to maintaining an exemplary working environment, both in terms of quality and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Profile Sought
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a cook or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience as a Chef de Partie gained in high-end or gastronomic establishments. Passionate about your profession, you demonstrate rigour, organisation and an excellent eye for detail in the execution of your tasks. You enjoy teamwork, know how to manage busy periods effectively and work comfortably in an environment where excellence, consistency and customer satisfaction are daily priorities.
