As a true driving force in the kitchen, you ensure a quality, consistent, and profitable offering, while ensuring effective management of your team. You design a buffet that is both attractive and high-performing, capable of responding to high demand while guaranteeing a fluid experience for customers. You develop simple, gourmet, and easily reproducible recipes, adapting menus to the seasons, events, the calendar, and weather conditions. On a daily basis, you ensure the management of orders, stocks, and inventories, as well as the control of goods. You are committed to cost control, the reduction of food waste, and recycling initiatives.As a hands-on manager, you structure workstations, support your team, and actively participate in production to ensure the smooth running of services, particularly during periods of high traffic. You are also present on the floor, both to support your staff and to maintain a quality relationship with the clientele.
