As a true driving force in the kitchen, you ensure a quality, consistent, and profitable offering, while ensuring effective management of your team. You design a buffet that is both attractive and high-performing, capable of responding to high demand while guaranteeing a fluid experience for customers. You develop simple, gourmet, and easily reproducible recipes, adapting menus to the seasons, events, the calendar, and weather conditions. On a daily basis, you ensure the management of orders, stocks, and inventories, as well as the control of goods. You are committed to cost control, the reduction of food waste, and recycling initiatives.As a hands-on manager, you structure workstations, support your team, and actively participate in production to ensure the smooth running of services, particularly during periods of high traffic. You are also present on the floor, both to support your staff and to maintain a quality relationship with the clientele. Finally, you ensure rigorous compliance with hygiene standards.Profile Sought- Holder of a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) as a cook or equivalent qualification- Confirmed experience in team management- Experience in managing buffets and large volumes: experience in collective catering or cruising is an asset- Skills in cost and stock management- Strong personality and ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work at altitude and in a dynamic mountain environment- Available, flexible, stress-resistantWe OfferA position of responsibility with a permanent contract, a salary paid over 13 months, continuous daytime hours (exceptional night shifts) with 2 consecutive days off per week, a parking space, a ski pass, discounts at partners and company restaurants, as well as numerous benefits with local partners.
