In this context, we are recruiting a Sous Chef.Job DescriptionThis Sous Chef position is part of a structured environment where rigor, attention to detail, and culinary excellence are central priorities. The Sous Chef will work within a human-sized structure, with a production of approximately 300 meals per day and the responsibility of supporting a team of 5. As Sous Chef, you will assist the Chef in all daily culinary tasks and ensure the continuity of service in their absence. You will actively participate in the production of dishes while ensuring compliance with the high-quality standards set by the Eldora group. You are involved in menu creation, order management, and cost control. The Sous Chef also ensures strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. In your role as a local manager, you will supervise, train, and motivate a brigade of 5 people, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. You will contribute to optimizing production processes in a demanding collective catering environment, while maintaining an approach inspired by traditional cooking.Profile SoughtWe are looking for a Sous Chef holding a culinary diploma, justifying experience acquired in high-end catering, ideally in luxury hotels or gastronomic establishments. Additional experience in collective catering constitutes a real asset for succeeding in this Sous Chef position. You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, and your ability to maintain a high level of excellence in a structured framework. Your leadership allows you to unite a team and transmit your know-how with pedagogy. The Sous Chef perfectly masters HACCP standards and possesses excellent priority management.
