What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a B2B Tech PR Senior Account Manager with 6 to 8 years of professional experience, ideally in the Tech industry. You will manage a team and ensure the smooth implementation of communication programs. Reporting to an Associate Director or Director, you will support and lead your team, helping clients reach their objectives. Your daily tasks will include:

• Developing strategic communication plans
• Crafting and sharing key messages
• Investigating industry trends
• Identifying target audiences
• Selecting appropriate channels for messaging
• Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships

Your knowledge of the Tech B2B market, media relations, and your network will be key assets in advising clients effectively.

Core responsibilities include:

• Team management and activity planning
• Client relationship management
• Developing tactical strategies for integrated communications and PR programs
• Content creation, localization, proofreading, and distribution
• Media and influencer relations
• Event management
• Monitoring press and industry trends
• Budget tracking
• Supporting new business activities

Ideal candidates will have:

• Solid PR experience with additional skills in areas like influencer marketing, digital/social media, or design
• Experience working in a PR or communications agency
• A strong interest in Tech topics
• Experience or desire to work in an international environment with proficiency in English and mastery of German
• Team management experience or eagerness to develop in this area
• Curiosity, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proactive, ambitious, and respectful attitude
