Our clients range from cloud and cybersecurity firms to mission‑critical software application providers, spanning midsized companies to large, publicly traded corporations.

Scope

The Tech & IT Services team in Frankfurt is looking to add a Financial Analyst. Analysts work on transactions that provide exposure to M&A, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and help explain historical and projected financial information
• Create financial models
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations
• Value companies and businesses
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing engagements
• Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients and prospective clients, professional advisors, and other stakeholders
• Supervise junior staff members in financial analyses
• Assist in the marketing and planning of engagements

Requirements / Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both German and English (additional languages are advantageous)
• Already graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or in final year of university (graduating in Summer 2026)
• Available to start full‑time employment no later than July 2026
• Ideally 6 + months of internship experience in M&A, private equity, or other relevant industries
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications
• Strong financial and computer skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills
