If you've spent 12+ years leading marketing for small to mid-sized businesses ($5M--$30M+) and are tired of the client-hunting grind that comes with independent fractional work --- this might be the move.

What You'll Own

• Brand strategy & positioning
• Marketing execution across digital and traditional channels
• Performance metrics and data-driven decision-making
• Coaching and mentoring owners and internal teams

You're a Fit If You Have

• 12+ years of senior marketing leadership, with sustained experience advising small to mid-sized businesses
• A track record of managing multiple client relationships (CMO, Fractional CMO, Marketing Advisor, or similar)
• A data-driven approach that turns analytics into action
• Comfort with hands-on execution, not just strategy decks

Compensation & Perks

• $110,000 base + performance compensation
• $182,000+ on-target earnings
• Medical/dental/vision (75% employer-paid)

• 100% remote
