For our Controlling department at our Hamburg, Dormagen or Rotterdam location, we are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) – someone who embodies what unites all our employees: always going one step further.

• Develop and continuously improve strategic KPIs in Qlik Sense to support data-driven decision-making
• Design advanced data models in Qlik Sense to ensure transparency and consistency across business units
• Collaborate with Operations to coordinate and manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Analyze gross profit margins and derive actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and mid-term strategic planning activities
• Conduct profitability analyses and evaluate business cases
• Drive and manage controlling-related projects with a focus on efficiency and value creation
• Handle ad hoc data and performance analyses for management and key stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Econometrics, Data Science or a related field
• Several years of experience in a comparable analytical or controlling role, ideally in the logistics industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas); experience with BI tools, ideally Qlik Sense, advantageous
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken; Dutch beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly
• Team player with a structured, proactive and detail-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
