For the area Business Applications at HOYER Global Transport B.V. based in Botlek-Rotterdam, we are looking for a Demand & Application Manager who will work with us to shape the future of logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Optimization of business processes through the use of our TMS / ERP solution.
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and prioritization of requirements with clear acceptance criteria and product roadmaps.
• Maintenance and further development of custom functions.
• Collaboration with the software supplier on all matters concerning the software package.
• Project management for the implementation of process changes.
• Development of training concepts and procedural instructions.

Qualifications:

• A degree or training in logistics is advantageous; alternatively, in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with the software tool MONITOR (manufacturer MRI) is desirable.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Independent and structured approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor at various hierarchical levels.
• Quick comprehension and structured, process-oriented working method.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
