HR Business Partner – Storage & Inverter – Europe
Hoymiles Power Electronics Inc. – short Hoymiles (688032.SH) – is a globally leading inverter manufacturer with offices and services around the globe. The headquarters is based in Hangzhou, China, and the R&D department and manufacturing facilities are based there. Hoymiles has a significant R&D team to design and manufacture state-of-the-art microinverters & hybrid inverters for international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel marketing strategies tailored to each country/region.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing plans with channel goals and revenue targets.
- Manage co-marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of funds for partner campaigns and activities.
- Plan and execute partner enablement programs, including training, certifications, and sales tools.
- Create and manage marketing materials (brochures, presentations, and digital assets) for channel partners.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for new channel partnerships and enhance relationships with existing partners.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of channel marketing experience, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or distribution-based industries.
- Familiarity with European distribution models and channel dynamics.
- Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
