ServiceNow Product Owner (Remote)

My client has a rich history in providing innovative IT solutions in Germany and beyond for over 30 years now.

They are currently seeking a permanent ServiceNow Product Owner to join them.

You can work remotely from anywhere in Germany, attending their office in the South West of Germany 1-2 times a month.

Key Responsibilities include :

1. Development and improvement of the ServiceNow applications and platform
2. Implementing new solutions
3. Developing efficient and innovative service management solutions
4. Requirements management
5. Monitoring platform performance, updates, and maintenance
6. Creating technical documentation and providing training where necessary

Successful candidates should have :

1. Very good knowledge of ServiceNow modules including incident management, change management, asset management, and service catalog
2. Relevant completed studies
3. Service process experience such as ITIL best practices
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Minimum B2 proficiency in German and English
