Your Tasks:

• Implementation of standards, procedural instructions, and work instructions
• Leading, supporting, and advising on projects and process changes in consultation with the ZQM
• Structuring workflows
• Assessing training and development needs
• Moderating quality circles
• Conducting regular internal audits
• Creating and regularly updating the quality manual in coordination with the ZQM
• Documenting all quality management measures
