Job Overview

The Pullman Stuttgart Fontana, a 4‑Star Superior Business hotel with 252 rooms and a modernized restaurant concept, is looking for an experienced F&B Outlet Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The role starts immediately with various seniority options depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth operation of the entire F&B team.
• Support daily activities during morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
• Drive additional sales and recommend special F&B offers.
• Maintain quality standards in line with HACCP guidelines and oversee food and beverage.
• Conduct monthly inventories and manage procurement.
• Handle goods receipt and quality inspection.
• Train and mentor apprentices.
• Act as acting manager in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the F&B sector.
• Enthusiasm for combining operational and administrative tasks.
• Strong commitment, decisive action and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Good numerical understanding.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office products.
• Enjoyment of the work environment.
• Resilience under pressure.
