Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational responsibility for the Hotel Dorint Am Main Taunus Zentrum to ensure smooth operations.
- Leading and developing managers, fostering a positive corporate culture and high guest satisfaction.
- Implementing and monitoring budget, revenue, and profit targets.
- Analyzing operational performance using KPIs and implementing measures for efficiency and profitability.
- Developing and implementing sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies with central teams.
- Ensuring compliance with brand standards, legal regulations, and internal policies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with owners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Conducting regular meetings and audits to maintain quality and standards.
- Identifying market trends and growth opportunities.
- Planning and executing training and development programs for hotel staff.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Coaching and mentoring leadership staff.
- Assisting various departments during bottlenecks.
- Representing other leadership in their absence.
- Managing customer and supplier relationships.
- Participating in networking events and conferences.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in hotel management, tourism management, business administration, or similar in hospitality (e.g., hotel specialist with further training).
- Several years of experience in senior hospitality roles (e.g., hotel manager, operations manager).
- Experience with budgeting, finance, and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of hotel software systems (PMS, channel managers, revenue tools).
- Ability to lead and motivate large teams.
- Skills in employee development and conflict resolution.
- Promoting a positive company culture and excellent guest service.
- Coordination of multiple departments and tasks.
- Efficient time management under pressure.
- High empathy for guest needs and complaint management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Handling stressful and challenging situations.
- Interest in new technologies and trends in hospitality.
- Promotion of sustainability initiatives.
