• ADVISE : Supporting customers in transforming their HR function through redefining HR organization and digitalizing HRIS.
• IMPLEMENT : Carrying out technical and functional implementation projects for all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise), in partnership with market leaders.
• RUN : Offering various levels of payroll outsourcing, leveraging our global payroll expertise.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Functional Workday Consultant, working closely with client business teams, you will deliver and support Workday solutions tailored to client needs. You will participate in all phases of Workday HCM implementation, from proposal to post-implementation support:

• Participate in Workday HCM projects,
• Conduct technical analyses based on functional requirements,
• Configure Workday HCM according to client specifications,
• Perform unit testing and contribute to integration and validation testing,
• Prepare reports for managers,
• Ensure ongoing maintenance and system updates post-implementation,
• Provide user support and training,
• Work in Agile mode, maintaining close communication with clients.

This position is available remotely within Germany.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed at least one full Workday implementation (design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare).
• Workday certification in additional modules (e.g., recruitment, talent & performance, compensation) is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Demonstrated effective project experience.
• You enjoy client-facing roles from day one.
• You are eager to work in multidisciplinary teams, flexible, and able to work independently.
