Industrial Maintenance Manager at 100%
You are a certified automation technician or an electrician mechanic for the more experienced. You know the industry inside out and understand that leading a team is not just about assigning tasks, but keeping the course even when things get a bit tricky. If you also master automation and are not intimidated by glass cutting machines (indeed, they respect you), then this role could well be your next step.
Your mission
- Lead and develop a team of 3-4 technicians with calm, method... and tact - Ensure preventive, corrective, and curative industrial maintenance, with a true sense of priorities. - Organise the maintenance schedule - Participate in continuous improvement, because we like it when the machines purr. - Occasionally cover shift work if a technician is absent, nothing dramatic, just enough to keep the place in order.
Your profile
- Certified automation technician or equivalent certified training - Confirmed experience in Switzerland in industrial maintenance and personnel management - You enjoy technical challenges and know how to keep your humour even when a production line decides to misbehave - Reside in the canton of Fribourg, ideally in Gruyère (or ready to fall in love with the region to settle there quickly) - French-speaking with good knowledge of German, possibly English, as the machines are of German or Austrian origin - Driving licence and personal car - Swiss nationality or valid work permit
