Role : Salesforce Tech Lead
Location : Stuttgart Baden-Württemberg Germany

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the technical direction and implementation of Salesforce solutions focusing on Service and Experience Cloud.
- Supervise and mentor developers and consultants providing guidance on development best practices, technical solution architecture, environment management, testing, and platform governance.
- Act as Lead Developer performing quality checks and peer reviews and ensure alignment with other development streams.
- Evaluate new Salesforce products and platform features to enhance system capabilities.
- Design secure and scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and provide seamless user experiences.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor\’s degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development with a total of 6 years in IT.
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, Triggers, and REST API integration.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and development best practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and deployment tools such as Change Sets, Metadata, and ANT.
- Salesforce PD1 / PD2 and JavaScript Developer 1 certifications are preferred.
- Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
Additional Requirements :
- Candidates must be based in Stuttgart or willing to relocate.
- Immediate availability or within a notice period of up to 15 days is preferred.
