Salesforce Tech Lead-Stuttgart Germany

Role : Salesforce Tech Lead

Location : Stuttgart Baden-Württemberg Germany

Employment Type : Fulltime

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the technical direction and implementation of Salesforce solutions focusing on Service and Experience Cloud.
2. Supervise and mentor developers and consultants providing guidance on development best practices, technical solution architecture, environment management, testing, and platform governance.
3. Act as Lead Developer performing quality checks and peer reviews and ensure alignment with other development streams.
4. Evaluate new Salesforce products and platform features to enhance system capabilities.
5. Design secure and scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and provide seamless user experiences.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor\’s degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development with a total of 6 years in IT.
3. Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, Triggers, and REST API integration.
4. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
5. Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and development best practices.
6. Proficiency in Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and deployment tools such as Change Sets, Metadata, and ANT.
7. Salesforce PD1 / PD2 and JavaScript Developer 1 certifications are preferred.
8. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.

Additional Requirements :

1. Candidates must be based in Stuttgart or willing to relocate.
2. Immediate availability or within a notice period of up to 15 days is preferred.
