Salary: €100,000 - €130,000 + bonus, depending on experience
HRIT People are partnering with a global consulting company in Germany, who help businesses move their HR landscape to SAP SuccessFactors. We are looking for experienced SuccessFactors professionals ready to lead design and delivery as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant.
The role
- Lead the solution design for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and roll-outs, with Employee Central as the core
- Run design workshops with HR, IT and works council stakeholders, translating business needs into a scalable solution
- Own integration design between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM/S/4HANA, payroll and third-party systems
- Guide migration projects from SAP HCM on-premise to SuccessFactors
- Act as the trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership on roadmap, best practice and system governance
- Mentor consultants and support the wider project team through to go-live and beyond
What you bring
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least 2-3 full end-to-end implementations
- Deep expertise in Employee Central; experience in EC Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation or Recruiting is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of integrations (SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Boomi or similar)
- Experience working with German HR processes, data protection requirements and works council (Betriebsrat) involvement
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)
- Fluent German (C1 or above) and strong English
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and leading workshops
