HRIT People has partnered with a leading global consultancy as they continue to grow their HR Technology practice across Germany. They’re looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to take a lead role in delivering and shaping SAP HR solutions, with a deep focus on Time Management and Payroll across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors .

What you’ll be doing :

  • Leading large-scale SAP HR projects focused on Time and Payroll – covering either legacy SAP HCM (PT / PY) or SuccessFactors modules such as Time Tracking and Employee Central Payroll
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior HR stakeholders on process optimisation and system transformation
  • Managing delivery teams across multiple client engagements, ensuring quality and timelines are met
  • Driving pre-sales conversations, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives in the SAP SuccessFactors space
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to practice development and knowledge sharing

What we’re looking for :

  • Significant experience delivering SAP HR projects, specifically in Time Management and / or Payroll
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HCM PT / PY , or SuccessFactors Time Tracking or EC Payroll
  • A track record of managing project teams and client relationships in a consulting or complex in-house setting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
