They are seeking a Senior Manager with extensive expertise in ServiceNow to lead large-scale HR transformation projects for major clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team at the forefront of digital HR solutions. 🔧 What you’ll be doing: As a senior leader in the HR Tech practice, you\’ll play a pivotal role in delivering ServiceNow projects that transform the employee experience. Key responsibilities include: Leading complex ServiceNow HRSD implementations from strategy through to execution Developing project roadmaps and managing delivery timelines across multiple workstreams Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and building long-term, trusted partnerships Coordinating technical teams across onshore and offshore delivery models Advising on integration strategy and HR service delivery design Playing a key role in business development and expanding client relationships 🧠 What we’re looking for: Strong experience managing HR technology projects, specifically around ServiceNow HRSD and employee experience Proven track record of leading teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects Relevant ServiceNow certifications Understanding of broader HRIS ecosystems and experience supporting pre-sales or business development Sharp analytical skills and a proactive, strategic mindset Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Interested in learning more?
