We are the People Solutions Team, a diverse and international team driving all employee lifecycle topics for the HRS Group.

POSITION

We are seeking a Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation Manager (all genders) to lead regional payroll operations, compensation planning, and benefits optimization for HRS employees across Germany and internationally. This role will ensure seamless execution, compliance, and continuous improvement across these HR functions while managing vendor relations.

CHALLENGE

Payroll Operations and Optimization

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for all HRS entities, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in line with local labor laws.
  • Manage relationships with external payroll providers, monitoring performance to guarantee compliance and efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and secure transmission between internal and external systems.
  • Validate employee data accuracy concerning work hours and payroll-related features.
  • Provide payroll expertise to HR and business leaders, staying current with legislative updates.
  • Lead payroll projects focused on process improvement and automation.

Compensation Planning

  • Develop and implement competitive compensation programs, conducting market analysis.
  • Partner with finance and leadership teams for strategic compensation planning.
  • Design and maintain compensation structures, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on compensation policies and practices.

Benefits Optimization

  • Manage regional benefits administration, overseeing enrollment and claims management.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of new benefits programs.
  • Drive vendor performance and relationships.
  • Provide benefits education sessions for employees.
