POSITION

We are looking for a German based Global Program Manager (all genders) for our Workforce / Meetings as a Service division who will oversee the strategic management of our largest global customers. As the key liaison between HRS and our Key customers, the GPM will lead initiatives and programs, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities. The position holder is responsible for strategizing and managing the programs and initiatives for an assigned set of customers, including leading a complex matrix organization of operational/delivery teams and solution experts. Reporting directly to the CRO of our WaaS/MaaS division, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and providing market insights.

CHALLENGE

  1. Developing and delivering comprehensive global programs for our strategic global accounts coming from the Fortune500 segment.
  2. Cultivating strong relationships with client stakeholders, including C-Level executives, positioning HRS as a trusted partner in corporate travel.
  3. Crafting tailored initiatives based on client strategic objectives and industry trends.
  4. Managing the commercial aspects of our partnerships, including negotiations and P&L responsibilities.
  5. Orchestrating the implementation of initiatives across regional and internal teams, managing a complex project matrix organization across multiple regions.
  6. Ensuring the quality and success of strategic initiatives, driving value for both the client and HRS.
  7. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, supported by global and local teams.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH…

  1. Several years of experience in consulting, account management in SaaS (preferably in workforce or crew, meeting & groups), or startup environments
  2. Strong sales, tech, and customer success management skills
  3. The ability to grasp the HRS business model and effectively communicate its value propositions
  4. Exceptional solution-based selling abilities
  5. A passion for building extensive networks within global organizations
  6. Demonstrated leadership experience, particularly in managing multinational teams
  7. Proficiency in creating strategic roadmaps and managing complex initiatives
  8. Excellent time and project management skills
  9. Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data
  10. Effective negotiation skills and business acumen
  11. Adaptability to high-performance environments and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  12. Fluency in English, spoken and written. German will be a plus.
