POSITION
As Product Marketing Manager (all genders) at HRS, you are in charge of developing the positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation and drive usage of the HRS solutions and enable sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment to generate and close opportunities.
CHALLENGE
- Leading the development of the value proposition and buyer persona of HRS’ supplier-facing solutions; cascading to all touchpoints and stakeholders to ensure a unified product positioning globally.
- Understanding the industry market trends, business drivers, customer behavior and how the HRS solutions can address customer challenges.
- Be responsible for the product advocacy by leading product launches and partnering with product teams, driving deeper engagement with product through educational content.
- Develop product messaging and positioning that sets us apart from competitors and demonstrates understanding of our customers’ needs.
- Use product analytics and data to understand the business and our customers.
- Use partner & customer feedback & insights to inform & influence product development.
- Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research.
- Ensure commercial enablement via creation and execution of strategies to increase knowledge of your product and competition, ensure understanding of the value of the product and equip commercial teams with collateral to engage with prospects.
- Establish an ongoing feedback loop to ensure the enablement needs of the commercial teams are regularly monitored, prioritized, and acted upon.
- Overseeing content strategy for specific business segments; be responsible for the accurate and punchy representation of our products in all demand generation assets like case studies, whitepapers, videos, demos, newsletters, etc.
- Drive adoption of the Green Stay initiative among HRS Hotel portfolio.
- Be the product evangelist for relevant industry events, deciding on the theme, and the content presented, making sure that the assets appropriately fit target audience and market.
- Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas. Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
- Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing teams.
- Working closely with the campaign specialists to execute, measure and optimize campaigns; demonstrating the impact of marketing activities on business objectives.
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.

- Previous working experience as a Product Marketing Manager for 3-5 years
- MA in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant field
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
