Your mission Participation in the analysis of the 2026 annual performance reviews Preparation of statistics and various documents related to remuneration Preparation of various internal documents, amendments, correspondence Entry of contractual changes into our ERP and notifications to social security organisations and insurance companies Issuance of work certificates and various attestations Verification of monthly working time reports, monitoring of absences Support to the HR Director in various administrative tasks
Your profile You have a
fluent
or bilingual level in French and German You are comfortable with numbers, social insurances, and remuneration-related aspects You have a team spirit and are characterised by your accuracy and rigour You are motivated, dynamic, open to change and new developments!
