If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want to hear from you!What you will do:Play a key role in the origination, structuring and execution of debt capital market transactions, e.g. syndicated corporate bonds, hybrid capital, ESG-bonds, Panda Bonds as well as global private placements, Schuldscheine and US private placementsPrepare and supervise client pitches, deal proposals, market and pricing updates in close collaboration with syndicate colleagues in Paris, London, New York, Hong Kong and ShanghaiActive involvement in idea generation and pitching process, responsible to win new business and maintain client dialogue and relationshipsHelp training more junior colleagues on the deskAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made demonstrating particularly consideration for the firm’s reputation.
