Sales Specialist Construction Software, Germany
Do you want to help build the future of timber construction? At hsbcad, we develop BIM/CAD and manufacturing software for offsite timber construction, used by leading timber builders and prefab manufacturers around the world. Our German market is growing fast, so we're expanding our sales team in Kaufbeuren.
You’ll join our German sales team and report to our Sales Manager. You’ll help timber construction companies find the right software to digitalise how they design and build. You’ll manage your own pipeline from first contact to signed contract, working closely with our technical and international colleagues.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally of software or technical solutions.
- The technical curiosity to understand complex software and explain it clearly.
- A structured way of working with your pipeline and CRM.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
- Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 30-40%, mainly with in DACH).
- Willingness to work from our Kaufbeuren office around 50% of the time.
- Nice to have: a background in timber construction, prefab, AEC or manufacturing, or experience with BIM/CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Responsibilities
- Find and qualify new leads, and turn them into long-term customer relationships.
- Run the full sales cycle: discovery, product demos, proposals and negotiation.
- Show customers the business value of hsbcad in terms they recognise from their own work.
- Grow existing accounts and help customers get the most from our solutions.
- Represent hsbcad at customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events across DACH.
- Keep your CRM, pipeline and forecasts accurate and up to date.
